
A simple yet essential habit
From time to time, it is important to cleanse your eyes energetically.
Visual overload
We receive more visual information than ever before.
From social media, screens, advertisements, and many other sources, our eyes are constantly processing large amounts of input.
Over time, this can lead to fatigue — not only physically, but also mentally and energetically.
Rebalancing through light
That is why it is important to consciously take moments to cleanse and recharge your eyes with light.
A simple exercise
If you feel called, you can try this simple practice:
Close your eyes and take a few gentle breaths.
Visualize two spheres of light in front of your physical eyes. These represent the energetic centers of your eyes.
Allow them to become clear in your awareness.
Then, imagine each sphere being surrounded by a violet flame. Ask this flame to gently cleanse any non-beneficial energies.
Stay in this state for a few moments, until you feel the cleansing is complete.
After that, visualize a golden light filling each sphere. Let this light bring clarity, relaxation, and balance to your eyes.
Remain for a few more moments in this state.
