During periods when we go through intense energetic cleansing processes, we can support ourselves not only through mantras, prayers, fumigation, energetic techniques, essential oils, or salt baths, but also through simple yet highly effective methods such as natural soaps with purifying properties.
When we are in deep cleansing phases, a large amount of dense or stagnant energy is released from our structures — from all our bodies, including through the physical body. Water becomes, in these moments, an extremely valuable ally, helping cleanse, discharge, and realign our energetic fields.
We can take salt baths, and in addition, we can support the process by using natural purifying soaps such as:
- clay soap
- hemp soap
- tourmaline soap
- mud soap
- salt soap
These can be easily found online or in natural health stores. You may use whichever resonates with you, either one at a time or several together.
Complementary Support Rituals
After bathing and cleansing with one of the soaps mentioned above, the process can be amplified through additional spiritual and energetic practices, such as:
- sprinkling or anointing with Holy Water
- applying sacred oil (myrrh oil) on the chakras
- using cleansing essential oils (e.g., frankincense, sacred frankincense, myrrh, hyssop, Purification blends)
- working with crystals for energetic clearing
- playing an Akathist or prayer (for example via YouTube)
- reading a prayer or Akathist yourself
- chanting mantras
Each of these tools supports the release process and helps realign us into a more luminous and harmonious state.
Easing the Cleansing Process
The more we gently and consciously support ourselves through multiple methods, the easier the process becomes to integrate and move through.
Cleansing does not have to feel heavy when we offer ourselves the proper support.
May these practices be of benefit to you during times of release and inner realignment.
