Gratitude for Your Body

I often encourage you to express gratitude every day. It generates such a beautiful energy that attracts the energy of fullness into your life.

Today I invite you to begin each day with deep gratitude for your body. Thank your body for supporting your life the way you live it every single day.

Thank your legs for carrying you through life.
Thank your hands for allowing you to create and fulfill your daily activities.
Thank your organs for functioning in harmony.
Thank your muscles, bones, eyes, and ears…

Offer gratitude to your entire body and to all its functions as you begin your day.

Practice this for a while and notice how your inner state shifts, and how your relationship with your physical body begins to transform.

Where there is illness or dysfunction, gently speak to that part of the body. Let it know it is safe, that it is already in a healing process, and ask what it needs from you in order to feel supported. Turning toward these areas with love can deeply assist the healing journey.

Begin each day in this conscious and nurturing way, and you will gradually invite more harmonious energies and meaningful experiences into your life.
