What kind of nourishment are you for this world?

Have you ever asked yourself what kind of nourishment you are for this world?
If you haven’t until now, I encourage you to do so.

We all wish for a better world, a more moral, just, and loving one.
We eagerly wait to see the New Era materialized in the physical plane.

Many of us have already made changes in our lives:
We no longer eat meat, understanding that animals are our younger brothers and sisters, and knowing that by consuming meat we absorb the energy of death and maintain ourselves in a lower mental and vibrational state.

We try to nourish ourselves more purely in order to raise the vibration of our mind.
We use natural personal care products. We respect the environment and we are mindful of the footprint we leave in nature: how much food we consume, how much we waste, how much garbage we produce, avoiding water pollution by using eco detergents.

We attend personal and spiritual development courses. And we have already done something wonderful!
We have raised our level of consciousness and made progress in our mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.

Now it is time for a new upgrade.

Ask yourself the following:

What kind of nourishment am I for this world through my thoughts?
Are they mostly positive for me and for others?

What kind of nourishment am I through my words?
Are they mostly uplifting for myself and for others?

What kind of nourishment am I through my actions?
Do my actions support others in any way, as well as myself?

What do I see in others?
What do I see in this world?
Do I notice the good in people, even if small?
Or do I mostly see what is negative or imperfect?

Am I critical of others?
Am I critical of myself?
If yes, why?

Do I connect more with everything that “is not working” in this world,
or with the small miracles that happen every day?

The creation of the New World happens consciously, through the contribution of each one of us.
If those who are awake do not act and simply wait for others to do it, then what can we expect from those who are still “sleeping” for a while, or simply cannot do more yet?

It depends on each of us — those who are aware — whether we will see Heaven on Earth with our own eyes in this lifetime.

Negative things will still happen, but if we nourish the matrix of Beauty and Light every day, if we focus on the small victories of this world, tomorrow there will be more Light, more good, more love.

If instead of feeding the imperfection in others by criticizing or judging them, we would feed what is beautiful and luminous in them, then that person would naturally begin to express more good, more Light, and they too would nourish the matrix of Beauty and Light.

Anything beautiful in a person —
their kindness, the way they dress with grace,
their good manners, the fragrance they choose,
their beautiful eyes, their love for animals —
whatever we can find beautiful, we can acknowledge it.

Or simply connect, through intention, to the Divine Spark within every being
and transmit, on a subtle level, that we trust the Light within them.

And it is not enough to read this article or others like it and say, “Yes, it’s true,”
and then forget the next day.
We must work continuously with ourselves. At the end of each day, or even in the moment things happen, observe your thoughts, words, and actions, and become aware of what you have been feeding:

the darkness of this world
or the Light of this world.

For those who are still searching to understand their mission on this Earth:
This, in itself, is the primary mission of us all.

May peace be within you and with you.
