September began with a surge of powerful energy, continuing the intensity of August (the 8:8 portal and all the changes initiated then).
On September 7th we had a total Lunar Eclipse, an extremely powerful moment that will influence our inner processes over the next six months.
The eclipse energies are still very active. After such a download, our body, mind and soul need deep cleansing and rebalancing.
This month won’t give us much of a break either: another eclipse is coming, then immediately the Equinox, and on September 14th the Christian Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, which also brings intense energies.
How to work with these energies:
- Practice deeper daily energy cleansings, using the methods you’ve learned
- Breathing exercises for relaxation and grounding
- Filling your fields, chakras and aura with light
- Filling your heart with love for its opening and expansion
September is a month of accelerated transformation — use this time to release what no longer serves you and anchor yourself in light and love.
