When it comes to forgiveness, it’s imperative to be up-to-date. A heart full of unforgiveness cannot open. In order to access and maintain the new planetary frequencies, our heart has to be open.
Ascension can be done with a certain level of opening of the heart. The first and most important step is releasing unforgiveness. This requires permanent work, because there are things in our past we haven’t forgiven, that will need time and perseverence. Not only that, we also accumulate unforgiveness in our present. It would be ideal not to, but that depends on how much we have worked with our inner self. In time, with self-reflection and inner work, we can get to that point.
