One of the biggest resistances I encounter amongst my students and those on a spiritual path is self introspection.
There is an inner causality for everything that happens in the exterior, in your daily life, that determines a reaction, creates discomfort, emotional or mental conflict or disharmony. These causalities have to be examined. You enter a meditative state and look into what it’s within that has attracted that event and most importantly, you being in disharmony.
You might have an exterior conflict, but have no residual energy left. That’s perfect. It means that you have released/settled/learned/expressed any energy that needed it.
On the other hand, if after certain events/conflicts, we are still caught up in it, it means that we need to do an introspection and see why we attracted and why we are holding onto that type of energy. We have a trigger point within, a tangled energy that attracted it. What it is exactly, only we can know. It can be old, unreleased anger, past frustration, a lack of self belief, fear, remnants of past trauma, energy we absorbed from others…and the list can go on.
Every time these events occur, we need to go within and see what exactly it is. Depending on what you encounter, release that energy through breathing in and out or bring pink and green energy if it’s a trauma, work with your fear, etc.
Many of my students tell me they don’t see or feel anything, that they’re not like me. Obviously. We are all unique. Even so, I started from the same place, where I didn’t feel/see/understand a thing. Through dedication and a strong desire to correct myself, to understand and bring purity within, I fought my inner barriers I put up throughout my life between me and my inner self. And it happened. The inside opened up. Anyone can do it, because it’s just us and no one else. We have the key.
Due to the way society is built and the education system that directs us towards the outside, and not the inside, because we didn’t know how to manage our feelings, we have built all sorts of inner barriers, some becoming systems. They are not easy to break, but it can be done through faith, dedication and will.
Some things will be easier to understand, others not so much. Be persistent and do the meditation over and over again, until you understand where those experiences are coming from. If you don’t, the Universe will present them to you in a way that will bother you so much that you will have no choice but face them.
So, no excuses, and get to work! Stop lamenting and keep trying until you get it right! Without this type of work, there is no spiritual growth. Only when you have integrated this practice in your life, you can say that you are on a spiritual path.
If you feel called to receive guidance, clarity or energetic support in developing self-introspection, breaking inner barriers or deepening your spiritual practice, you are welcome to explore my 1:1 sessions.
