If you are not happy with the space you’re at in at the moment, move into another one!
If you’re unhappy with certain aspects of your life or your being, then this exercise is perfect for you.
Think about an aspect of your life that’s in disharmony. It can be a relationship, a habit, your workplace or the place you live. Visualize how you’re in the space you are unhappy with, then see how you simply move into another subtle space, in which that certain aspect regains balance. Be very detailed in your visualization.
For example, if certain aspects of your romantic relationship are in disharmony, visualize how you move into a space where those aspects become harmonised. Let the universe decide the way, you just focus on your final goal, the way you want your relationship to be and how you want to be within that relationship.
Another example: if the financial aspect is in disharmony, visualize how you move into a new space, where this aspect is in harmony, where you have all the finances for anything that you need and want, all the time. Visualize how your focus, your energy goes towards feeding aspects of your life that are important to you. Move into the space where your finances are always stable, where the earth supports you and you support it, where you always have everything you want and need, in an equitable and effortless way for everyone involved.
With practice, you will notice that moving certain aspects of your life into a new space is harder than others. It’s hard for you to detach from your current space and move into the new, full of love and light one. Keep persisting until you manage to visualize yourself into the new space, using inner resources for guidance.
You can do the same for every aspect of your being that is in disharmony. For example, if anything in your physical body is in disharmony (an organ, low immunity, etc.), move into a new space, where your physical body is perfectly healthy. Visualize it and feel how your heart rejoices!
If there’s a habit you’d like to quit or if you would like to adopt a healthy habit, visualize moving from the space you are in into a new space, where you have quit an unhealthy habit or adopted a healthy way of life.
If you’re a very stressed person who can barely manage daily tasks, move into a new space, where everything happens on time, in the most optimal way for you, a space where you do everything in a relaxed manner and where you are relaxed. Feel it. Then, simply allow the Universe to direct you, so that you can reach your vision.
If you want to release certain feelings (past pain, sadness, anger, grudges, aggressiveness, frustration, lack of power, lack of self belief), visualize how you move from your current space in a new one, where you are released from the baggage and the stagnant energies of the past. Visualize and feel how you are at peace, how every inner conflict and resistance have disolved and you are a new person, full of life, and how life smiles at you in the most creative ways.
You can do this exercise with every aspect of your being or of your life that is in disharmony. Then, let the Divine Way manifest itself and let the Universe work (work together with it). With this simple choice, the Universe will set in motion the energy you need in order to manifest your vision and implement it into what you are and what you manifest.
