Inner tensions

Today I suggest you do a very simple, yet healing exercise, that brings a lot of self understanding and knowldege. Sit in inertia. After a while, observe your physical body. Are there any tensions? What lies beneath? See what is under this tension and bring forgiveness, acceptance, liberation, new choices…whatever you might need.

Then direct your attention within. Are there any tensions? What lies beneath? Do the same as before.

Even if you don’t succeed on your first try or it’s not clear what lies within, don’t give up! Try again after a while! You just need to learn how to listen to yourself. Repetition is the mother of learning.
