My recommendation is to have a notebook/list of all the tools that you have: initiations, light symbols and how to use them, energies you can call upon, Archangels, angels and their specialization, prayers and what exactly those prayers do… Everything you have learned and received as a divine tool.
Why?
Because when we face strong energies, either attacks or energies that bring change, you feel them deeply, you become mentally, emotionally, physically destabilized and you don’t feel a connection to the Light, your guides…In times like these, usually the only thing you remember is The Lord’s Prayer. This prayer starts clearing the blockage so that you can remember other ways to help and regain your balance. If you have a list, you can just start applying the tools you have written down.
May you go with easy through times like those if they arise!
